Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Information

Orders placed Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We reserve the right to request signature delivery on any order. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Our warehouse is located in Maryland Heights, Missouri and transit time varies based on destination.  

For Pre-orders, any items combined with pre-ordered product will not ship until the last item in the order is ready to ship unless those items qualify for free shipping, or shipping is paid separately. 

Transit Companies

We utilize UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers.

Tracking Information

Shipping confirmation will be emailed at the end of each business day. Tracking numbers will be available within 24 hours from the time of shipment. Account holders can view their tracking number from the customer account page. 

Please note, international tracking numbers can take up to three business days to be loaded to customer accounts 

Flat Rate Shipping 

Orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States that fit in a single shipping box and weigh under 50lbs qualify for flat rate shipping. If your order requires multiple shipping boxes and/or has a shipping weight that exceeds 50lbs, arrangements will need to be made to cover any excess shipping fees involved.

Please contact us for a custom shipping quote if you need assistance with shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

We do not ship internationally.

Returns & Replacements 

All returns require approval and an RMA. Please email leah@forgeandfiregaming.com for approval before sending back merchandise. 

Forge and Fire Gaming will accept returns on many unopened products within 3 weeks of delivery. Forge and Fire Gaming does not cover shipping costs on returns. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if store credit is elected as the refund method. For New Release and Pre-Order products we do not allow refunds or returns. Due to price fluctuations, we do not accept returns for sports cards or collectible card games (Magic, Pokemon, Lorcana, One Piece, Flesh and Blood, etc).

If a sealed product contains missing or damaged parts, you will have to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. If you need help finding the contact information for the manufacturer, you may call or email us and we will be happy to assist you.
